Under Freedom of Services Legislation Beacon Global Wealth Management has the ability to passport its services from Gibraltar using the Regulatory/Licencing infrastructure of Nexus-Global/Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited.

Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited is a company incorporated within Gibraltar and is a member of the Blacktower Financial Services Group, which operates throughout Europe.

The aim of Beacon Global Wealth Management is to provide independent financial advice to individuals, companies and other professional advisers.

As an independent adviser we are not tied or under any contractual obligation to conduct insurance mediation between exclusively with one or more product providers.

How are you regulated?

Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (FSC) and bound by the rules. BFMI’s license number is FSC00805B.

Under this licence we are authorised to provide Investment/Financial Advice on a wide range of products and services from Gibraltar. We also have the relevant authorisation to ‘passport’ most of these products/services under the EU Freedom of Services Legislation into other EU states. Where we do not have the relevant authorisation to ‘passport’ a particular product/service into another EU state we will introduce you to an adviser of Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited / Nexus Global Ltd in Gibraltar or one employed by Blacktower Financial Management Limited in the UK, who will.

Do you hold client money?

A.

Beacon Global Wealth Management does not handle clients’ money.  We never accept a cheque made out to us (unless it is a cheque in settlement of charges or disbursements for which we have sent you a bill) or handle cash.  We never own the investments, which you buy through us.
